Eat Live Be – Nutritional Therapy

Good nutrition for the whole family can include deliceious chocolate brownies, clever ways to get the fussiest children to eat well, and how to keep your own body at maximum levels of health and wellbeing.
Are you fed up with:
- Chronic health issues?
- Living longer but not living ‘well’?
- Not knowing how to achieve optimum health and wellness?
- Trying to get the children to eat healthy food?
When my husband was diagnosed wtih osteoarthritis, and told he would need a double knee replacement, I helped him to change his diet completely. Now he feels 90% less pain, he regularly cycles 30-40 miles, and he no longer requires any surgery or knee replacements. That is the power of diet!
My two children are a key incentive for me to provide good nutrition at home. By involving them with the cooking and growing of our food, and educating them as to the value of healthy eating, finding ways to get them to eat well has not been too challenging. My delicious special high-nutrition muffins help!
