Kim developed and leads the family and dispute resolution team at Anthony Gold.  She specialises in all aspects of family law with an emphasis on finance for both married and unmarried couples.
Kim has a substantial mediation practice and receives many recommendations from fellow solicitors.
Having achieved settlements where disputes have been complex and intensely bitter, Kim is aware of the wide ranging skill set which anyone in the family dispute resolution world requires.  The key to this is interdisciplinary working and acknowledging that lawyers are not always the best place to assist clients during the separation process.
During the evening event, Kim will be talking to us about interdisciplinary practice and how to work effectively with financial and mental health professionals.

The project gives voice to young adults talking about how their parents’ divorce impacted their lives – then and now. It offers a powerful, succinct testament to how young people navigate the complex emotional seas of divorce. This is not pro or con divorce, but a vehicle to enlighten and inform people who can most benefit by it.
