I help those parents to escape the war that started with their Divorce Proceedings

I spent 15 years living with a very challenging person who taught me the kind of relationship I never wanted to have again. Once that ended, we had to co-parent as best we could.

It took 11 years for me to break the cycle of abuse and create peace and calm in our home no matter what the ex tried. I found my power and took it back, now you can too!

I took the time, therapy and coaching that helped me change my life so that my child and I could thrive in our new dynamic.

I trained with some of the best coaches in the world to become a Certified Mastery Coach and I now get to help others go through this journey and give them the tools and skills needed so that they can change their lives in 8 weeks.

Client K was abused and thrown out of the family home by the ex. She was unemployed, living off credit cards, she didn't know where to even start because she was so emotionally overwhelmed. She has now found a new career and is creating new relation-ships with her children so that they all get their voices heard and communication is their priority with each other. This was despite a campaign by her ex to remove ac-cess to her children from her, he has run a campaign of parental alienation, and he has withheld assets and financial support. She is now financially independent, has created a new home and a new life for her boys and they are rebuilding their relationships into a new family dynamic. She is now even dating again.

Statistics show that children growing up in a toxic co-parenting environment are more likely to suffer from behaviour regression, bedwetting, anxiety, truancy, falling grades at school, self-harm, drug or alcohol abuse, mental health issues and even suicide.

And if that isn’t enough, then they will go on to repeat the cycle of toxic relationships in adulthood. As a parent, we all want what’s best for our children. But what happens when you’re co-parenting with someone you don’t get along with? Conflicts arise, leaving you and your children feeling frustrated and stressed.

That’s where ‘Coparenting Without Conflict’ comes in. We help parents navigate the challenges of co-parenting, ensuring that they and their co-parent can communicate effectively and put the needs of the children first.

Our approach is based on communication and boundary setting in a new dynamic style, helping you to overcome conflict and establishing a more effective co-parenting relationship. By working with us, they’ll be able to provide their children with a stable and supportive environment, free from the stress and conflict that can often accompany co-parenting.

I have another client L who had been traumatized by her ex, stalked, harassed and saw no future, believing that this was how life was going to be forever. She had lost all hope. She has now moved halfway across the country and has built a completely new life including a new partner and her son is doing amazingly well and just about to head off to college in the fall. She is revelling in her new life and has recently bought a puppy into the family to increase her exercise and work on her weight.

Client M in the beginning was terrified, had been assaulted by her ex and was living in fear every single day. She was traumatized and terrified and couldn't see a way out. She has now implemented and enforced strong boundaries to protect not only her but her children, and she has created a whole new family dynamic with 2 teens and an autistic child, they are all doing well at school, and she has taken on the role of leader within her family and they are doing exceptionally well!
