What if the other parent is just not playing ball?

It’s emotionally horrible when one parent alienates the kids against the other parent.

In extreme examples, a parent may need to go to court to force another parent to allow them access to the children. This can be a long and painful process, with no guaranteed results. The law will often seem unfair.

For better ways to deal with these situations, take advice from mediators and lawyers who have experience in resolving these situations out of court – but also can guide you as to the best way forward if the court is your only option.
